This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our discretion. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

In case of a return or replacement, we will re-dispatch the dress or return the money within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may place a return or replacement request for items in their original, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a request, please follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page. We reserve the right to reject any return or replacement request made after this period.
